This isn't an error with Arcanum classes or the addon.
I'm guessing Added Difficulties is blocking addShaderAura somehow.
You will need to resolve this to play the game, as this error will occur whenever a creature activates Burning Wake.

Updated! New goodies are:
New category for Elementist: Elemental Fusion. It contains 6 dual element talents for your entertainment.
4 new artifacts.
5 new stave egos.
Blightning is now a chain.
No longer overrides the Stone Warden shield mastery. (Update for Druid soon)
Spellcraft now protects friendly creatures too.
Spellblaze and Arcana Unleashed now state that Spellcraft will not protect you.
Compatibility stuff and bug fixes.

You forgot to give Elemental Fusion the dividing tag, so that it forms two rows.

While playing a Dwarf Wyrmic, I attempted to use the academy to learn Restoration, but it ate the token and I don't see any new category in my talents page. Any idea what the issue is?

same here. Looks like terrain damage is not handled because of this - I received 0 damage in sandlair even buried in stone

For alchemist in 1.1.x new option for integration with golem don't work, no option in dialog.
I play the crystal alchemic, from this addon http://te4.org/games/addons/tome/new-gems and mana regeneration don't work good. i don't really know why.

Ice Shards gets the Beam bonus from Essence of the Dead, but doesn't use the charge, meaning it essentially just turned it into a beam spell 24/7.
