It should show up as an addon when you run the game through steam. If it does not, try reloading via steam.

Sadly, it doesn't! If I RMB the ToME in the games list, then click "Show DLC", it says that I don't have any, but it shows the UI in the list of available; if I add it to the cart, the cart is empty; there's no such addon neither in addons list ingame nor in the workshop.
Can this be some kind of region restriction (I live in Russia)?

I doubt there's region restriction. ToME works a little differently from other games with regards to the addons. They don't show up in the launcher at all, they can only be accessed in-game. When you first launch the game, you'll get the main menu (New Game, Load Game, etc). There should be a tab that says Addons. Click on that and it'll show you all the addons you've got for the game. If you've clicked Subscribe, it should be in there.
And it was such a good idea...

Here are screenshots:

2) RMB > DLC in games list

3) "View available DLCs"

4) Click on the banner of the DLC

I still somehow can't find it :D

Okay, so here's a silly question. Did you actually purchase the game through Steam using that page you linked?

Yes, I read that. I was asking because there's a difference between using the Donate link on te4.org and then porting the game to Steam and buying that specific item from Steam itself. I need to know how you got it the key.

Ah, sorry if that was unclear - I used the donator link in my te4.org profile (I think, Steam tab somewhere) and then logged into my Steam account and added the game!

Ah, now it makes sense. From what I read of it, for the moment, the only way to get the UI is to purchase the game through Steam. Donating through the website doesn't give you the UI. At least for right now.

Ah, gotcha!
Well, it isn't a big deal for me, anyway! Just wondered if there's a way to do it!
