I neither have time to do this, nor a non-OSX machine, but DG or anyone else is welcome to update/upload my addons. See also: http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=39239

Where is the option to do this?

In the T-Engine\4.0\tome\user-generated-addons folder, add a png image named (your addon's filename)-custom.png, then re-upload the addon to the Steam Workshop.

On the right hand side of the addon's workshop page.

Images you upload through steam won't show on the workshop overview, only when you're actually at the page for the addon. To update the preview image, you need use the addon publisher.

So how exactly do you think other workshop items get a preview image?

I agree. There must be a simple way to select an overview image for a workshop item.

I've tried reuploading the addon to steam and it's not working.

Within the Workshop page (for PlenumTooltip in this case) I there is an option to "Add/edit images & videos" which works for adding screenshots to the images section. Still don't see any way to set one of my uploaded images as the overview image, though.

Edit!
Well it appears that it isn't possible. I am having delusions.

Preview image can only be set on upload.

For reference, what size should the overview image be?

I've been meaning to ask - is the Steam Workshop for modules too, or just add-ons?

Has the procedure to upload addons to te4/steam changed, or is there a problem?

Going through the normal procedure (loading a game in the steam version of ToME with the correct addons enabled), then picking the addon developer option only gives me an option to generate an MD5 instead of the normal upload to te4 or upload to steam options.

So now that we appear to be live on Steam, is there any way I can arrange to be notified by e-mail when someone adds a comment to one of my addons? I found the button to subscribe to the related discussion forums (and I'm assuming that's what those do), but when I logged on to set that up, I found comments I didn't know I had.

The Subscribe button is how you get addons through Steam - they'll automatically be downloaded whenever they're updated. I don't think there's an option to recieve e-mails from Steam when someone comments on your workshop submissions, but at the top of the Steam window there's a button with an envelope that'll turn green if you have unread comments.
