[1.0.5] Got Maze 1 twice

I cleared Maze 1, then left via the up stairs to drop off loot in my stash. When I returned, I got a new, unexplored Maze 1 - with a level 35 orc cryomancer sitting near the stairs. Not sure if those are WAD or not.

Anyway, I had picked up premonition from an escort and had been using it before opening chests. Perhaps related.
