[1.06a] odd citizen in Last Hope

After inviting Melinda into the fortress, on my way back to the entrance i moved my cursor to that rare citizen to check his stats and :

I'm not sure it's a bug as it could be intended, but in the same time i'm not sure major demons are supposed to live in Last Hope

'Just' a Corrupter/Defiler with Flame of Urh'Rok - that's what changes their type/subtype. Perhaps this type of kind should not show up on town randoms...?

I thought Demons couldn't spawn below level 30 or so!

Although I don't know if the same holds true of Corrupters...

Not sure if you're being serious or not. This is a Corruptor *NPC*, so I assume he's just...hanging around. Not like the player who's just passing by. Seems odd the townsfolk wouldn't do anything about it.

Looks like an ordinary citizen to me, why should the townsfolk be doing anything?
