double damage from quartz bombs

I've noticed when I throw a quartz bomb, sometimes the target gets hit twice. I'm thinking the damage is applied twice, once before and once after the Knockback effect.

A variety of knocking back abilities are capable of double hitting.

It's intentional then? I knew about Knockback effects causing damage when the Knocked-back smashes into something, but double damage seems over-powered. Maybe I shouldn't complain too much, it's making these quartz bombs pretty devastating!

I don't believe it is intentional.

It's not intentional, but it's very hard to make sure it never happens.

Still, it has been fixed on other effects, so hopefully it will be here.
