[1.0.5] P. and N. Energy increase/decrease value /w Eclipse

Not sure if it's bug or not, as I've never played anorithil much, but -

the decrease/increase of both resources is fixed to -/+ 0.20, until they reach their maximum based on Twilight talent.

After equipping Eclipse, which should give you the bonus +0.10 to P. and N. Energy replenishment, the value goes to -/+ 0.30, instead of - 0.10 decrease and +0.30 increase.

Without changing the tooltip, it would be fine to remove the penalty to decrease value when using items such Eclipse. So you will have a slightly faster Energy replenish, while the decrease remains the same.
