[1.0.5] Armour Training Doesn't Work

For some reason, the bonuses on Armour Training aren't showing up or being applied to the character. The Level 1-3 allowing you to wear different types of armors still works, though.

Are you wearing said heavy armour at the time?

I've seen this too, actually. I'm not detecting an increase in Armor Hardiness, no matter what level I bump the skill up to.
