1.0.5e - iceblock repulsion infinite loop

I iceblocked a rare monster.

The rare monster used Repulsion.

The spinning winds graphic plays over and over. It's a pretty graphic, but it should just play once.

EDIT: hacking through the iceblock ends the graphic loop.
