Taking a shot in the dark here, and saying you may have accidentally hit 'u' instead of 'i'.
Saying this because it shows only items that can be used, and you said 'think' when referring to the orb.
If you did indeed to this, it would have been your Transmog chest showing instead.
Give it a shot and see if you find the same thing.

LoL You are completely correct sir. I must have hit Q by mistake and switched to my empty weapon set then when I had no weapon hit U by mistake as I checked. You cleared that up nicely. If I can Ill delete this or at least edit the title.
