I cannot find "command staff" icon -- is this a bug?

I can't find "command staff" icon after I dismissed it on the hotkey bar. I tried everywhere to find it -- it's not on the "known talent" page nor "levelup" page.

I hope it is not a bug. I really do need to use that function alot, being a alchemist.

Please anyone tell me how to find it, if it is not a bug.

Remove item and then wear it again. Check icon bar.

Alternatively, you can always use the magic lenu. TYpe 'm' and select the function you want.
