Clearing orc breeding pit (Genocide) with Genocide Sword

Idea is to give some reward (achievment for sure or even more) for clearing orc breeding pit and killing orc mother with Genocide Sword (http://te4.org/wiki/Genocide).
I think it will be nifty to make some little story behind it, like fulfill the prophecies for that sword and his owner.
As Wayward Momiji pointed out, it would be difficult because sword isn`t that powerful but i don`t think it would be problem. Is that kind of challenge as rescuing yeek from Subject Z with yeek char. And after that it could be reward to make sword stronger to make it viable option further in the game.
