Health regen really needs to be scaled back, like, massively. 1 MAYBE 2 per talent level
Mega Turtles will not function with a low amount of turns to use talents and equipment on, if I were to lower their health regen by such an amount.
I can however make it require bigger jumps in levels between.
Yes, the racials do all have actual requirements (Except for the first. Think of it more as an innate turtle powah.), but they don't have normal level ones, due to how I wanted them to scale.
But I do see how it'd be odd having three available from the start.
I'll fiddle around with requirements, and health regen amounts to see if I can find a better balance.
You did actually remind about their regen amount. I had forgotten those numbers were given back before they had HomeGuard. I can, somewhat safely, lower the numbers on normal turtle. However, the Mega-Turtle will keep his numbers.
Edit 2: I'm also going to remove Harmony, from the base turtle. They don't seem to need it as heavily.
