Health regen really needs to be scaled back, like, massively. 1 MAYBE 2 per talent level

Mega Turtles will not function with a low amount of turns to use talents and equipment on, if I were to lower their health regen by such an amount.

I can however make it require bigger jumps in levels between.

Yes, the racials do all have actual requirements (Except for the first. Think of it more as an innate turtle powah.), but they don't have normal level ones, due to how I wanted them to scale.
But I do see how it'd be odd having three available from the start.

I'll fiddle around with requirements, and health regen amounts to see if I can find a better balance.

You did actually remind about their regen amount. I had forgotten those numbers were given back before they had HomeGuard. I can, somewhat safely, lower the numbers on normal turtle. However, the Mega-Turtle will keep his numbers.

Edit 2: I'm also going to remove Harmony, from the base turtle. They don't seem to need it as heavily.

MegaTurtle's Negative stats moved to Magic.
MegaTurtle's Armor bonus reduced to 30.
MegaTurtle given 5 life regen, to help past early game. (Lowering their regen per talent level by 1, to compensate.)

Racial requirements changed to be somewhat more progressive. - (6/12/18/24/30) (8/16/24/32/40) (10/20/30/40/50)

Heart of the Turtle - life regen lowered - Down to 4, from 10.
Heart of the Turtle - Constitution per talent level - increased to 4, from 3.

Harmony tree removed from Turtle

The (Mega) Turtle God's Resilience - moved to final talent slot
The (Mega) Turtle God's Resilience - Increased to 4/7 per talent level, from 3/6. (To compensate for later level gaining.)

Heart of the Turtle - Life Regen lowered to 1 per talent level.
Heart of the Turtle - Can now be sustained for an additional 4 life regen per talent level. You will only deal half damage while sustained, however.

HomeGuard - Description fixed to correctly show it's duration is 12 turns, not 15.

Turtle Race - Given a 33% mind-speed penalty.

Mega Spiked Shell - Bonus from item reduced

Heart of the Mega Turtle - Base Regen changed to 3 per talent level.
- Can be sustained to gain +10 life regen per talent level, while reducing all damage dealt by 50%.

MegaHomeGuard - Shield Value set to be equal with Turtle's.
- Bonus from item Removed
- Uptime increased to 20 turns
- Cooldown increased to 45 turns

Can Turtles maybe have Harmony locked?

I really like the Harmony tree, it's a fun perk which I learned to enjoy while playing Adventurers.

Earth Turtle added.
They have become one with the earth they move on.
They have potent control over the earth and stone, and use this to their advantage.

Edited default Turtle NPC's into rankings, with racials.

Beware the Boss... he will hurt. A~lot.

Removed innate knockback resistance from Earth Turtle.
Lowered movement penalty for Earth Turtle to 33%.

Talent level requirements for Earth Turtle normalized. Normal level progression wouldn't suit turtle or mega turtle.

Earthen Shell -
Changed to 4th talent.
New bonuses:
Lowers damage you deal.
Makes you immune to knockback, and stops you from moving.
Grants you life regeneration.
Grants you resist all + resist all cap.

Earth's Denial -
Range Increased

Stone Heart -
Life Regen reduced.

New Artifact: Staff of the Turtle God

Pawnch's Shell granted additional armor and life regen.
Pawnch's Shell granted physical damage when hit.
Pawnch's Shell granted 50 air.
Pawnch's Shell is no longer a guaranteed drop. (Though it is still fairly common.)

Turtle and Mega Turtle talent level requirements normalized somewhat.

Mega Spiked Shell reflection rate increased to 20%.

Heart of the (Mega) Turtle's Damage reduction while sustained reduced.
It starts at 40%, and is decreased based on talent level.

Earth's Denial damage reduced.
Earth's Denial range tooltip fixed.

Turtle starting area + quest set to Norgos.

Fixed description on Heart of the Mega Turtle.
Earth's Denial range corrected.
Earth's Denial tooltip now displays how much of a benefit it gains from Constitution.

Replaced Alternate Trollmire, with Turtlemire.
This includes 2 normal-class turtles, a unique turtle, and a boss turtle.
Bill's Lair is, of this moment, unchanged.

Couple of changes to turtle npcs in other maps as well.

Turtles and Earth Turtles Now Show Weapons + Hats When Equipped (Mindstars, Psiblades, and Staves not included)

Mega-Turtle coming at a later date.
