In commit e8e7f8f3, a bunch of changes were made to artifacts - and one of them is to make Morrigor no longer lose its stolen power when unequipped.
However, this breaks the Soul Purge ability, because all Soul Purge does to remove the stolen power is un-equip then re-equip Morrigor. Soul Purge now does nothing and the first talent you absorb with Morrigor is stuck in the sword permanently.
This also makes Morrigor's tooltip inaccurate, because it specifically warns you that Morrigor loses its talent when unequipped.
Morrigor is also supposed to deal some bonus arcane and darkness damage on a hit, but the damage isn't actually dealt. This bug doesn't appear to be a new one, or related to the first bug.

Speaking of Morrigor...is there a bug/feature where it needs to be, e.g., in the off-hand slot, because that hand always strikes last and gets the kill, for example?
I've killed a number of creatures, trying to hit by melee last to be sure to get Morrigor in there...but nothing shows up. Does the new thingie just show up in the abilities list, or...?
Thanks!
[EDIT: I see now that it doesn't show up in the talent list. It shows up in the "Use"-an-Item menu as inventory. Good. Morrigor doesn't always uniformly pick up a talent; but that's probably because some other damage does the final killing. EDIT again: is it possible to have an option to go back to any talent ever acquired and purged, which would permanently "lock" Morrigor in that state? Just a thought.]
