Adventurer cross between wyrmic and oozemancer

Would like to report that trying to multiclass with adventurer class between wymric and oozemancer results in a dysfunctional character. Equilibrium will not regenerate with meditation or mucus use. Can anyone help me in this regard?

Are you sure you're not just using sustained talents?

You cannot go below the amount of Equilibrium required by your sustains.

Yeah has to be sustains, I've done this plenty of times in the past and it works just fine. Oozemancer + venom drake tree is pure awesome.
