Apprentice mage bugs out, again.
2nd character in a week that cannot progress artifact quest. For another character, he just never spawned. For this one, the journal says the quest is complete, while the objective is greyed out. Upon talking to him with artifact with inventory he never gives an option to turn it in.

Highlight the artifact in inventroy you want to give him and screenshot please.
Could be it's not an artifact. Many presume the salmon colored items are. (They are not. Artifacts are yellow or orange)

Edit: found why this happens. Something to do with not completing initial two-dungeon quest prior to doing rhaloren camp. Artifact was handed in early, portal to hidden village was there, yet after completing rhaloren camp he reappear in bugged state and portal disappeared.
