Glitch with donator status.
I bought and added the key from Desura to my account. I logged in the game on that account, and the custom tiles are working, and the addons screen says that stone warden is unlocked. But it won't show up on the creation screen, even after I select a dwarf, and the explorer mode is still locked, and clicking it sends me to the screen asking me if I want to donate. Anyone know why this is?

Re: Glitch with donator status.
Are you sure your game is validating with the server before you hit new game? If you somehow lack that validation and online connection, the game won't allow these donator features. Specifically, when you reach the title screen, wait for 10-15 seconds to let the login data box load, and the box on the left with current version. If you're on a slow computer, maybe 20-25 seconds. THEN click new game. And watch the far lower left of your screen to make sure a red message doesn't pop up (underneath the character generation box) about 'bad game version' or 'bad addon version'. (Could also check the logfile for that)
If you get no red message and are waiting at the start, and even after selecting the dwarf race (Not just opening the tree, actually selecting the race) you still can't see stone warden, then I don't know.
Also, are custom tiles actually selectable, or is it just bringing up the box where you choose which one you want? You can view them without donating, but actually selecting one to play as would take you to the screen asking to donate, like explore mode does.

Re: Glitch with donator status.
It is validating, it acknowledges my account and the left-screen bit you mentioned loads. I can select and use the custom tiles in a character. It gives a message about "online profile disabled (switch..." and I can't see the rest because the creation screen blocks it. Would that show up in the log files, and where do I find it if it does? By the way, how would I unlock the infinite dungeon via the allow_build file? It keeps blocking all my unlocks whenever I try.

Don't know about the builds file, I earned all mine legitamately. Use the 'unlock all race/class addon' thing if you're concerned about that. That'll make things available only while the addon is on, so it's at least reversible, but really, there's not much need to. ID isn't hard to unlock anyway.
That red message about switching to offline profile is indeed about something being wrong. In your t-engine folder there should be a file called te4_log.txt
That file contains all the information about the game and any errors, but wipes itself to start over each time you boot the software. Open the game, try making a character (watch for that red message) and after you see it, close the software out (or just minimize it) and open the te4_log file. In it, search for the line 'offline profile' and copy the line of that message so you can see it, and post it here. (Or just post the whole log file) (And should be either 'bad game version' or 'bad addon version') That is indeed a broken validation message, though I don't know why. It'll either say bad game version or bad addon version and the addon that's throwing an error.
Are you attempting to use any addon's?
