New Iron Council complete! Featuring new npc's, stores, crystals & doors. The statues are staying for historical purposes. Also, the femle dwarf is wearing updated / better fitting stuff.

Well I started work on the new npc's, so probably not for long while. I want to get rid of all the 64x64 monsters and replace them with original tiles and that is the most important thing on the todo list.

Looking forward to this. I mostly like the OldRPG PCs better than the Shockbolt ones, but a major reason I haven't been using this is the non-original tiles which're often a little jarring especially when I recognize one from somewhere.

To be perfectly honest and shallow, this tileset has kept me playing the game at a point where I had started to get a little bored with it. It's very nice to see the fresh look to the game, and the amount of work you've done to get it there is awe-inspiring.

NPC work is trudging along! Here's a small sample of the new stuff, so far 86 down 530 to go hehe

also been reworking all the player dolls from the base sprites on up. featuring muscles, new boots and gloves, leathers that are compatibles between sexes, new chainmail, new helmets, and a much cleaner look in general! females are now thinner and slightly shorter in general, halflings are thinner and more halfling-ish, dwarves are pudgy, etc. here's a small sample with a higher male:
