[1.0.3] Cursed not given option to curse

I was starting a Cursed on Nightmare and noticed I did not always get the option to curse the first weapon I encountered. As it was Nightmare I got killed off several times starting this character and it seemed almost 50/50 if I'd get the option to curse items.

It's never, since I started playing, given the choice on the first item, but instead on a random one.

I've had it take a full floor before getting it once, IIRC. It's just that, once you get it, it won't give the option to you again.

I think it is the first you encounter with no npcs visible.

On my previous cursed it was usually the first one I encountered. Maybe I was just lucky before (or cursed).
