[1.0.3] Aura of Silence radius error?

For some strange reason, the tooltip for Aura of Silence seems to round up for the reported radius, while the actual radius rounds down. This seems to produce radius reports that are a square larger than they actually are, at points in the calculation.

I haven't had this happen myself for testing, but the effect was reported by a friend, and I have indeed seen the tooltip give values that the actual calculation seems to be short of actually producing...

Can't figure out why this would be happening, but adding in a math.floor seems like an easy fix to the behavior.
