6 more games Greenlit today. How's ToME holding up?

Interestingly with the Greenlight announcement Steam have said they also pay attention to press reviews, crowd-funding successes, performance on other platforms, and awards and contests. This puts another plus in favour of using Kickstarter as the most high-profile crowd-funding platform. Also, we should try and get more awards for ToME!

Well, getting it released on steam would grant a pretty nice boost to popularity, which means more players, which hopefully means some more income for them, because let's be honest, this is a great game.

Indeed, DarkGod deserves more income, and the wider gaming public deserves to play a title as great as this :)

Not sure if this has been raised before, but there really should be a Greenlight button on the te4.org homepage. Every other big Greenlight game has a prominent icon encouraging this.

Dunno how far along the Greenlight path the game is, but there's a growing sense amongst indie developers that Greenlight is a futile and empty process - comparable to the green light Gatsby strives for and never attains. In particular since a game has just been rejected for trying to go down a publisher route instead of the Greenlight route.

So with that in mind here an overview of alternative avenues ToME should be going down:
