[1.0.1] What are Over Mind secondary bonuses?

Are the secondary bonuses the damage, attack speed, and maximum life bonuses, OR, the feedback, mental save, and mind damage bonuses? This needs to be clearer in the description. If it is the former, then investing in Over Mind is more attractive.
