Golem vanished (this bug seems not to be fixed)

This bug doesn't seem to be fixed.

I died in the Old Forest, got resurrected in that plane (get back option). The golem seems to be alive at 100%, but is not at my side or anywhere around. I can't call a new Golem via Refit Golem, nor can I Invoke Golem (call it to my side). I have no golem self destruct option, thus, can't kill it either.

I relogged, zoned within the dungeon and zoned in and out of the worldmap. Nothing seems to bring that golem back.

This means, my alchemist is screwed and I cannot proceed playing this wonderful game.

This is happening to me too. I am new to the game (1.0.1 is the only version I've played) and I get killed by early bosses a lot, and losing my golem is GUARANTEED to happen if I get killed by a boss. Even if I manage to survive the fight I can't really continue the game since I can't refit my golem or F2 to control it. I really like playing alchemists but I can't do it if I don't know that my golem will stay with me. I guess it's other classes until this bug is fixed then

This bug can be avoided in two ways:
1) Refit your golem while in plane of the dead.
2) Later in game if you get advanced golemancy, supercharge golem will solve the issue
