Autouse options for item abilites

Now that we have expanded options for auto-use (which I *love*), I think that it would be nice to give players the convenience of being able to do the same with abilities from items, as well as totem/torque/wands.

For example, Spectral Cage's ability is neat- but with the summoned will 'o the wisp disappearing in ~20 turns I'm not going to keep resummoning it -or bother with it at all, really. With "auto-use when no enemies are in sight" I would love it! I don't see a reason not to give the option to auto-use item abilities, that's for sure.

I actually asked one of the devs about this in chat one day, I think it was Tiger Eye, and he told me that, while it has been suggested before, it's not a trivial change to make. Not sure why, I don't know much about the code, but that's what I heard.

Incidentally it would be nice if skills from items appeared in your talents screen, "m" I believe.

I'd love it if they also appeared on the right-click menus when right-clicking an enemy (or yourself, for item abilities that affect you).

Yeah, I actually looked at the code for it last night and tried to implement it, but I was quickly lost on how to go about it. I have barely functional knowledge of LUA- I've only managed text changes and some ugly hacks.

Well it's heartening to see that there is a good number of people with a desire for this- I'm sure it'll happen at some point.
