Element-attuned starting staves

#1 Post by Velorien »

It's only a little thing, but would it be possible for caster classes to start with their staves attuned to the most appropriate element? I'm thinking of fire for alchemists, darkness for necromancers, light (or darkness?) for anorithils, blight for corruptors and temporal for paradox mages. This would save time using Command Staff on every single starting caster character (and getting reduced damage whenever you forget).

+1. Also, if it is done properly, adventurers should be affected too.

im all for this. Nothing irks me more than having an archmage start in abashed expanse very close to an enemy and notice my staff is set to say, physical :|

Not sure the reward is greater than the effort required though.
My feedback meter decays into coding. Give me feedback and I make mods.

Is it a big deal if characters started with a greater elm staff?
