Disable sounds for auto-ed skills
If skill is used automatically ("when no enemies visible", "when enemy is adjactent", etc) it should never play sound. Mostly important for Anorithils.

A togglable option would be preferable. I find the audio cue helpful during auto-explore, and it would be particularly an issue for skills without obvious visual effects.tylor wrote:If skill is used automatically ("when no enemies visible", "when enemy is adjactent", etc) it should never play sound. I find just the opposite true. Setting bathe in light and twilight to auto-use when no enemies are around to make myself a constant recharging battery gets sooooooo annoying hearing it cast every other second while auto exploring.
Re: Disable sounds for auto-ed skills
I've always thought, to be honest, that negative resource modifiers should simply be eliminated. The Anorithil class is not balanced by the slow drain of + and - energy. It's simply made tedious to use. In practice the real limits are related to usage of negative energy in battle, and the class would not be made measurably more powerful if you could charge up negative energy at the end of a battle and avoid the need for the autocasts between fights.
Re: Disable sounds for auto-ed skills
How about a long-cooldown sustain that regenerates negative energy to a set limit, but breaks on talent use like a psionic channel?
