[1.0.1] [was RC4] Some Arena bugs

Not sure if these have been fixed in 1.0 yet, but:

• "items lying around will disappear in 574 turns" instead of 74. Sometimes, I get the proper number of turns, but I still often get the wrong number, with an extra digit in the hundreds position.
• Round still ending too soon, even though some enemies are still around
• After "ultimate" rank, I get….ultimate again. I eventually get Grand Master rank after getting "ultimate" a few times

The first bug is more of an odd thing. I am not very sure about what can cause it, but I will look into it.

Can you give me any more details on the second bug? So far I only got one person telling me about it, but I cannot reproduce that bug in any way, even after playing several runs. What type of enemies remain? Do they have any special ability related to dying? Or are they generic enemies? Perhaps they are creatures summoned by other monsters or duplicates (like oozes, etc)? Please give as much detail as possible.

The third bug is as designed, that means you rank up but your title is not changed because you are...well, ultimate. Only the final rank is notorious enough for the change. (in practical terms it means I ran out of cool-ish titles and had to pad it a little bit...but, if this bothers more than one player I'll fill the blanks in a patch).

I also had pretty much every round in arena 60 ending with enemies still there (well, a lot of rounds at least). Don't remember the details now but they were definitely not exclusively summoned or resurrected.

Just reproduced it in arena 60. New character, was burning animals and presto, "round over" while there is still a snake on screen.

Can you be more specific on your class, talents and tactics? I keep trying and I still can't reproduce.

Sorry for not responding earlier, lots of stuff has unexpectedly come up. Yes, I'm playing a fire Archmage. I seem to remember the issue coming up a lot right after I've blown stuff up with Fireflash, and the round ends, even though not all the enemies were completely finished off.

Just FYI, this is still happening in 1.0.1, Shalore Archmage, doing fire mage stuff like killing multiple enemies with the fire beam. It last happened to me in the skeletal rat level early on. Killed a bunch of enemies, and the round ended with a skeletal rat still in the arena. I'll try to restart a game and upload the save somewhere.

Enemies dead on end of round happens to anorithil too. I'll have to dig out my file or run another, but it's quite common, happens to almost any character I've run in the arena that lives through the first 10 rounds or so. Seems to build and get worse over time, and I once even had a round end against Ryal the towering... Before Ryal died.

Boss/miniboss rounds ending on the first turn happens fairly consistently with Summoner.
