[svn] rampage & order of action

Ok, I'm not rampaging & I use dominate on my target. Hitting the target causes on-hit damage triggering rampage (at least I assume this triggered it). Dominate slows down my rampage.

As far as I can tell the order goes:
On-hit damage -> rampage -> attack that triggered on-hit damage

This seems a little counter-intuitive.
