A question about exploration mode :)

Thank you for publishing ToME on desura! So i can finaly donate (paypal is not good for me )...

So question is:

I want to play ToME in exploration mode, so i have question, can i unlock races and classes in exploration mode?

Yes, so long as you are not also playing on the Easy difficulty setting.

If you go to the list of achievements, you will find that it contains a full set of exploration mode achievements.

From what I've been told in chat, you can unlock things in easy mode, you just don't get any related achievements.

That's more or less true. However, some of the unlocks are tied to certain achievements. For example, the Marauder unlock comes from getting "Size Matters" with a Rogue or Shadowblade. If you can't get the achievement (due to playing on Easy mode), you can't get the unlock.
