[1.0.0] Can't Interact with Stores after Crash/Blackout

I was window shopping in Zigur when a random blackout occurred. I figured that the game saved automatically when I entered anyway so I didn't think too much about it and waited for the power to come back on. As soon as it did, I logged back on and loaded up my save. But now I can't open/view/interact with any of the stores in Zigur, including the quest giver for Anti-Magic.

Is there any work-around or quick fix for this? I can provide my savefile if needed.

Save your game outside Zigur, then go to your save file and delete zone-town-zigur.teaz
