Earlygame was pretty solid, didn't have too much trouble. I went into the east with all my lives intact, managed to get back to the west and soon afterward lost a life to Draebor on the Fearscape, who was constantly sniping me from out of LOS and had a pretty good darkness res. After my first death I got me some advice from the chat and started building my corona engine.
The Prides were no problem. Somewhere along the way I picked up Temporal Form, which was very useful and greatly upgraded my firepower in boss battles. After completing Rak'shor, I reached the status of a fully armed and operational corona turret. The art drops were really good, and I managed to clear the rest of the west and east without problems.
Then I made a grievous error. I decided to go farportal a bit. None of the enemies in the farportal posed a real threat, until I met my 3rd (or 4th?) farportal boss. A Champion of Urh'rok who also happened to be a corruptor. He slapped me several times with 30 spell feedback, disabling not only pretty much my entire offensive arsenal but also my defense system (consisting of Light spells, Neira's Memory and a shielding rune) and my only escape option (a tele rune). I lost three lives to the thing before I had a chance to pull out via Rod of Recall. One time I came from the Eidolon plane, pressed a button and was immediately killed again.
I eventually escaped, decided to screw leveling and went up high peak, where I lost two more lives - once to a stair guardian daelach who teamed up with several high-level orcs and blasted straight through my defenses; and the second one to yet another Champion of Urh'rok and his Spell Feedback. I finally went with the Meteor Crash for my 2nd prodigy, which was quite useful.
I arrived in the Sanctum with one life left and my blood of life, both of which were quickly depleted. I know I've probably done a lot of mistakes along the way, but I still feel a bit cheated due to the insanity of Spell Feedback.
