hmm...

This was with Item Vault, Kestins, and Stone Warden.

However, if I swap out kestins for anything else (Spellsword, barbarian, faeros, etc.) but keep item vault and stone warden it runs just fine.

Quick question. Do I need to start a new game to get the lost vault? Or would it work with a saved game? I have been wandering around and can't seem to find it.

I'm not entirely clear on the mechanics, but I would suspect if you reach the East and then enable the Addon, it won't be there. It might be there if you enable it, say, just before leaving the cave to enter the Far East world map. I'm not totally sure how the world map system works though, so I can't actually tell you in more detail than that.

So for the best results, yes, you should enable it from the very start.

Addons are enabled at birth only
