I can see no point in recording user chat in the log. I like to run wtih --flush-stdout runline and tail the te4_log.txt file, and to have it constantly tick over due to chat makes it much less helpful.

Maybe add an option to not log the chat to the command line, because chat logging can be useful even if you personally don't see a need for it?
