I'm playing with 1.0.0 for Mac OSX and

but he had lost almost 3 hours of progress so I might not be online.
or maybe OSX version has some problem with saving progress.

If you happen to be offline due to lost connection, the server down, etc., while you win, and then you die (to say, Atamathon) before the game can upload your win to the server, or you die in the process because you're a yeek, then as soon as you die, the game deletes your save before it can even be uploaded. I have an archer that happened to.
