Reset Key Binding

I would like the option to set my key binding, especially because you can't use the "escape" button to key bind anything. Now my menu button is set to the "~" key because I can't change it back to the escape button.

Yes, some way to reset and totally unset a binding would be nice. Right now I need to assign one obscure key to every action I don't use so that they don't collide with my other keys.
