Combat Potion in ID?

I made it as far as level 89 with one char and didn't have it drop... Random is random.

Was it possibly generated in a vault that you didn't fully loot? Does that even prevent it being generated again? What if the vault is (or is not) opened at all?

I always find it in vaults, usually fairly early on, but the vaults in ID are super hard so you have to be really careful clearing them and some classes I think it's just not feasible. I'm pretty sure though that all artifacts in ID can spawn multiple times, so if it is in an early vault and you skip it, it will come back.

nope, this character has 100% cleared every floor and vault (got absurdly lucky with early vaults and gear, ~170% darkness damage now). I'm pretty sure you can also get more than one on different levels anyways.

made 2 other characters to mess around on and the potion even spawned out in the open on floor 1 for one of them so just bad luck for that particular drop I guess.
