The Meteoric Strike prodigy--will it hurt the player as well? I'm currently running a solipsist focusing on thought-forms and feedback stuff. It's actually turning out to be a really strong build and meteoric crash prodigy seems like a good fit, but most of my attacks are close range and I obviously don't want to constantly nuke myself.

It will not hit you, but it will hit allies.

Does your global speed modifier affect your cooldowns at all?

What are the benefits of the Lucky Day prodigies ?

The text mention a +40 to luck permanently, but that tells me nothing as in the past when i was carrying the halfling foot artifact that gives +5 luck i didn't noticed any visible difference from when i wasn't carrying it, and remember some people posting about how extremely minor the +5 was, explaining why if there was a difference it wasn't noticable.

I have read about it giving some minor bonus to stealth, but is there anything else to it or is it basically useless and a waste of choice as there are some good prodigies to get when you have access to Lucky Day ?

Here you go. It also boosts that one Halfling racial ability and has one very minor role in a single sidequest.

Not really. If you have global speed of +100% you can act twice every turn, but your cooldowns remain the same.

Thank you, it confirms that it is indeed a waste of prodigy to choose Lucky Day over some much more usefull ones that have a real and noticable effect on your character survivability.

Unless you're a halfling in which case you get 100% (or a bit less if it's capped) evasion every time you lose 10% hp which sounds broken (but I'll reserve judgement until I test it).

I've killed everything I can get to and I think I have done all the quests, now I am in farportal.
In the 2nd stage every exploratory portal dumps me to the fortress.
Is there some lore that would tell me which portal to go to that I missed?

How do I get across the ocean to get to the islands on the world map?

A) Beat the Master in Dreadfell if you haven't already
B) Go to the building at the center of Last Hope
C) From there, head east, then north up the coast to reach Reknor. Things should be clear from there.

If you enter a zone that is too high-level you get a message that you feel threatened or something similar.
