[1.0] Tooltip accuracy display is misleading (Mindstars)

With dual-wielded mindstars on a Cursed character, my tooltip accuracy shows 29, but my character sheet accuracy stats (separate by hand) are 43 and 43.

<SageAcrin> Because your character sheet accuracy is not all of your accuracy, for a lack of a better way to put it. Your weapon's chance to hit doesn't have bearing on skills that use accuracy to hit, I believe, that checks PC accuracy.
