[1.0] Donation Bug

When setting up a reccuring donation, the account page recognizes this by changing donation status from silver->Gold donator.
But the green text in the chat client does not change to blue, even after several days and many log out/log in through the game client.

Also, When setting up a recurring donation through the "tome has received xxx dollars donations the past month"-button on te4.org, the account page doesnt detect your new status, it remains as Silver Donator even after sending the first reccuring payment.

Canceling your donation and setting up a new one from inside the client fixes this (but not the blue text bug).

Hum paypal sent some signals in the wrong order .. again :/
I fixed it, you should appear blue !
