The tooltip for Pinning Shot says the pinning chance increases with Dexterity, but the code says apply_power=self:combatAttack() (which is Accuracy).

Oh... and the same for Scatter Shot.

That's pretty much every talent ever. Same with Magic/spellpower, and strength/physical power.
