Destabilize and Crystle's Astral Gauntlets
Put bluntly, it sucks. I was just instakilled from full health and a shield by a few brittle oozes detonating next to me. Admittedly that was on Nightmare difficulty, which I don't think is supposed to be particularly balanced, but it was still annoying. Could those gloves perhaps get a less annoying proc?

I concur that Destabilize isn't a good proc. I really like Destabilize and feel it's a fun spell but when you have no control over when it goes off it's very dangerous (because it will explode when enemies die).
I plan to do a talent tree at some point that would be temporal/dark based. The first talent would be a slow moving projectile. Maybe with friendly fire turned off. That could work for the bindings.
I'll write it up and send Darkgod a patch assuming it's cool with Purequestion. Purequestion?

I thought it was fun, but I can see why it would be dangerous on an ooze.

Me too just got instakilled by destabilize proc on oozes. This was on normal difficulty, the ooze split and exploded about 15 times.

It's been changed as of the current (1.04) version.
