[RC4] Shadowblade no cooldown on items bug

[Stition]

If you have "extra" points in charm mastery, use ambuscade and change them, the cooldown effect doesnt' change, gets all the way down to 0 energy used and 0 cooldown on items. I've tried other masteries, this affects the infravision talent as well.
