[RC4] Classic HUD minimap + tab map bugs

Can't right click on mini-map in Classic Hud to display target area, as you can in Minimalist and used to be able to do some ambiguous amount of beta's ago.

Appending a related classic HUD map bug: The map opened with tab is often truncated on big levels, so that you can't scroll down to the extreme bottom usually.
