[RC3] No stairs in Murgol lair

Playing as a Yeek yesterday, there were no stairs in Murgol 2. They must have spawned in a blocked-off area.

Requiring a digging source to complete the starter dungeon is... problematic.

i'd be interrested to see the savefile, it is technically impossible for this situation to happen :/

I've already killed off the character, but I'll post a save file if it happens again.
