[RC3] Cursed - Keepsake Quest

Just completed it on my AM Cursed.

In Order, Killed him, destroyed book, please help me be free. I got all the quest dialogue, but there was no iron acorn. It's not in my inventory and nothing dropped it.

Not sure if it has been fixed in RC4 but I just had the same bug in RC3.

The acorn is missing for me in 1.3.3.

In case it matters:
The path I choose is "kill him, keep book, I need your help."

I think I have found an explanation for this.

The Iron Acorn spawns in the scene "A Haunting Dream" (lore #267). After been teleported in, the character has to walk north along the path to pick the acorn up, before he kills all the NPCs there.

When the character is teleported into the scene, he is placed at the south end of the path, close to the merchant caravan. This doesn't look like what it was intended. If he was placed to the north end, he would walk along the path, pick up the acorn naturally, and learn lore #268 -> #269 -> #270 in sequence. As it is now, the character will spot NPCs in the scene and learn lore #270 first, and risk missing the acorn and lore #269 & #268 if he doesn't backtrack before kill them all and been teleported out.

The player already spawns in the north and has to walk past the acorn so I'm not sure how this could still come up.
