[RC2] Sticky Smoke no projectile image

Somehow, the projectile for Sticky Smoke doesn't have an image. It still shows '*'.

Oh, I think there might be a similar problem with Scattering Shot.

I've noticed the projectile for it, at least for me, seems to be a grey line instead of an arrow.

Also, doors in the orc vault are displayed as "+".
