[RC1] LOS annoyance

In this case were p is player, . is empty, t is tree and x is enemy; p cannot see x.

When targetting it draws the line as:
..p
.o.
bb.

Where o is the open los and b is blocked los.
I would expect it to be:
.tp
tot
ot.

I believe this behavior is correct. It is equivalent to the second image in this post that describes the algorithms:

Note that the behavior could be changed and "p" could see and target "x" if permissiveness is set to, say, 0.01 instead of 0.
