[b43] Spacetime Mastery bug?

[b43] Spacetime Mastery bug?

Spacetime Mastery says it reduces cooldown of swap and temporal wake, but for the life of me, I can't find these two talents anywhere. Am I missing something, os is this a bug, or a description error?

Those two are in the Spacetime Folding class tree.

Those two are in the Spacetime Folding class tree.
I'm a paradox mage - does that tree only appear for Temporal Wardens?
