Don't have strength reduction effects encumber the player
Its really annoying when strength reduction encumbers the player, and punishes characters without strength with an effective pin. I suggest having these reductions not affect encumbrence.

I agree. I'd also lobby for removing carry capacity from strength altogether, and turn it into a racial/class factor like life rating.

This doesn't make sense to me, really. Isn't this part of the whole point behind strength reduction?

How so? I've never observed talents that reduce strength pinning enemies, forcing them to drop their kit on the ground. It's mainly a problem for Temporal Wardens + dispel, anyway.

Yes the Str reduction/encumbrance thing is annoying but I suspect it's meant to be the point...
