Please change the trigger level of arena in Derth

This is for the poor insane yeek players.
What happens now is that if you first visit derth when your level is above 10, the arena person will not spawn, and at level 12 the lightning will cover the city.
The issue is due to the high enemy level in insane and the negative experience penalty of yeek, there is no possibility for a yeek visit derth under level 10.
By my experience, the average level that a yeek can visit derth is 12, so I suggest to change the triggering level of both arena and lightning siege to 13 or higher.
This will make poor yeeks feels a little better in the insane world.

If you use the Rod of Recall right upon entering the Halfling Ruins, before fighting Z, you should not be above level 10. Still, I agree there should be a better solution, one that does not feel like sequence-breaking.

Under INSANE mode, the level after you killed first two bosses is 11-13, that for nightmare is 9-11, and for normal is 7-10, so this is unfair to the insane players.

How about making exceptions specifically for nightmare and insane mode? Push it to level 15 if the difficulty is higher than normal.

I wouldn't mind going the other way, actually. Make it a human (or Cornac?) exclusive bonus. you would need to be either a bit spoiled or a bit lucky to find it with other races, so that's a bonus too. Also, Cornacs get one less generic point to start with, as they don't get a racial talent.

I really don't see what would be the drawback to just removing the level limit which is the latest 'fix'.
Otherwise it's basically a newbie trap where if you don't know about the RoR trick you spend the rest of the game with 2 generics less.
(And no, I don't feel failing escorts is a fair comparison)

I think the storm quest is quite a newbie trap too, since those storms can be very tough. It would make a lot of sense to have the Arena limit upped to 14 and the storms come in at 15.
